We went camping this weekend at a campground on the Toe river at Mount Mitchell, NC. We pitched a tent right beside the water and did camping stuff. We rented some inner tubes and floated down the river from upstream right back to our campsite (baby and all). We had a great time. Every meal for two days was cooked over an open fire (ribs, chili, chicken fettuccini, etc.) except for Saturday evening when we had pizza. By then we were ready to go home so we came back to Charlotte.Well, Karen and Anna just walked in so I have to go. Later, mike

My name is Michael King and this is the Mikaranna King Family Website. The name "Mikaranna" is derived from my name (Mike), my lovely wife's name (Karen), and our beautiful daughter's name (Anna).
This site is a place where we can express our thoughts, ideas, beliefs, passions, hopes, loves, and dreams. Registered users may submit articles and web links for us to review and publish if we like them. This is a family oriented site.There is not and never will be any content published here that is not appropriate for all ages (although some people may find parts or all of it boring - explore at your own risk).
Our interests vary widely and we hope you find something here of interest. I am currently interested in designing affordable websites for families, aspiring artists / musicians, non-profit organizations, and small businesses. My wife Karen is interested in selling children's learning products such as Discovery Toys, Usborne Books, etc. and is also great with desktop publishing (business cards, flyers, brochures, etc.) and writing and applying for grants for non-profit organizations. You will find examples of our services on this site along with all the not-for-money stuff.
