Hey everybody-I am a toddler!!!! My official first birthday is this Saturday, May 17, but I am walking (crawling is still more

efficient, though) and I have the “toddler ‘tude.” I want everything and I want it now is my new motto. Even when Mommy and Daddy say no, I go for it (ya know, just to make sure they are paying attention.)

I got some cool presents for my birthday already. I got a push toy that I can ride on complete with lights and noises, a wading pool (thanks, Aunt Kim), a zylophone (thanks Grandma and Grandpa) and some books. I am having a party with Sarah, Rachel, and Joshua, some of their friends, and Mommy and Daddy. I can’t wait…I am going to eat cupcakes.

I know a few words- Mommy, Daddy, All Done, Ball, Bubbles, Bottle, Bye, Hey, Love You-dat (which translates to, “I want that” along with a finger point). I can recognize red, green, and blue on one of my toys-I match those balls to the right hole. I like knocking down blocks, playing my drums and keyboard, and going outside. My favorite, favorite thing is to blow loud sloppy kisses to people across the room.
